Finally, she scraps!

I haven't had much of a chance to scrap in the past couple of weeks, and then add that to the blogger problems I was having - means that my poor little blog, has been feeling rather neglected!

Bird is the Word - Sun/Sunshine:
I actually finished this layout a couple of weeks ago, but I wasn't able to login to my account to post it, and then today, it suddenly dawned on me that this challenge must be very close to being due....nothing like a last minute upload!

Enjoying the Arvo Sun:

Details:

A little bit of My Little Bit of Whimsy (the clouds), and some Lil' Red Rocket thrown in for good measure!

I also completed a layout, as part of the June Cybercrop at Chat with Charm. This is for challenge 2 - the sketch challenge.
We were given a list, of 5 different challenge blogs, and their current sketches, I chose to do the latest Inspired Blueprints sketch - #75.

The Sketch:

DJ Lily
I have always loved this photo of Lily as a baby - and right back when it was taken the nickname 'dj Lily' was coined, so it was nice to be able to finally scrap it.

I used the fantastic new range by Echo Park - dots and stripes (candy shoppe), and I am in LOVE!! I decided to only use the light/baby pink papers, and love how the layout turned out.

Some more Lil' Red Rocket, and a Purple Pumpkin small doily.

I've got another (almost finished) layout on my desk at the moment, so hopefully I will be back in a couple of days with that one.

xx
